Sevier Park boasts nearly 20 acres of picturesque recreational space with playgrounds, picnic shelters with tables, walking trails, tennis courts, a soccer field / baseball diamond, and even a small creek running through it. Situated at the south end of 12th South district, a free-spirited neighborhood full of artisanal shops and eateries. The historic Sunnyside Mansion sits in the middle of the park. Originally built in 1852 as a private residence, it’s now home to the city’s Metropolitan Historical Commission.
